Declaración de artista
Mi obra basada en la investigación de la cultura popular de la selva, aporta un enfoque contemporáneo a cuestiones de representación visual, incluyendo temas de identidad, tradición, aculturación y antropología visual de la región amazónica. Mi obra une los campos de la fotografía documental y artística.
Her work based on the investigation of the popular culture of the jungle, contributes a contemporary approach to questions of visual representation, includes themes of identity, tradition, acculturation and visual anthropology of the Amazon region. The saturated colors in her photographs are not, to document the time and space where they were created, but as an expression of the artist’s subjective observations. Despite the proximity and hyperreal representation, the nature of the jungle remains completely impenetrable.
Agustina Lallana (n. 1979 Córdoba, Argentina). Artista visual y fotógrafa. Realizó estudios de fotografía en la Escuela Superior de Artes Aplicadas “Lino E. Spilimbergo” dependiente de la Facultad de Arte y Diseño de la Universidad Provincial de Córdoba. Realizó el Máster Internacional en Fotografía Contemporánea y Gestión de Proyectos en el Centro Internacional de Fotografía y Cine (EFTI) de Madrid. Obtuvo el Diplomado en Diseño de Iluminación por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Su obra ha sido expuesta en festivales internacionales de fotografía y museos de arte contemporáneo, incluidos el Festival Internacional de Fotografía de Chania en Grecia, PHotoESPAÑA, Museo de Arte de Pereira y Museo Provincial de Bellas Artes “Emilio Caraffa”. Ha participado en ferias como ARTBO y La Feria del Millón (Colombia). Coleccionistas de Argentina, Estados Unidos y Colombia poseen obras de su autoría. Posee la nacionalidad Argentina, Española y Colombiana. Actualmente reside entre Bogotá, Colombia y Córdoba, Argentina.

She has been exhibited in international photography festivals and contemporary art museums, including Photo ESPAÑA and the “Emilio Caraffa” Provincial Museum of Fine Arts. She has participated in fairs such as ARTBO and La Feria del Millón. Collectors from Argentina, North America and Colombia own works of her authorship.
